Payment must be made by check or credit card. Cash will not be accepted. Payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your space in the seminar.

Refund Policy  

If you need to cancel and wish to request a refund, please contact sbdc@psu.edu at least 24 hours prior to the start of the seminar. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. Fees will not be refunded for seminars not attended by payee unless a refund is requested at least 24 hours in advance. If the event is cancelled by the Penn State SBDC, all fees will be refunded.
