Successful startups fix problems and meet the needs of their customers. But, before they can build a solution to do that, they need to verify that potential customers actually have the problem they think they do. This workshop provides actionable advice and best practices on using customer discovery to better understand your customer’s problem, who they are, and the potential solution they are searching for.

Benjamin is a graduate of the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences with a passion for problem-solving. Having started a few companies during and after his college experience, he now is helping new founders to grow their ideas into companies.

Lee spends her days downtown at the LaunchBox providing business advice and connecting startups to the resources, experts, and support they need to de-risk their business and accelerate their entry to market. As a serial entrepreneur in a previous live, Lee has worked with 100’s of new tech startups, as well as some of the largest venture capital firms in the world.
