Entrepreneur Tanya Campbell is preparing to open The Whiskey Barber Salon in downtown State College in spring 2026, bringing her vision for a high-end grooming experience to life with support from the Penn State SBDC and other Penn State resources. Through assistance with business planning, financial projections, and funding strategy, Campbell secured a downtown grant and is launching a business expected to create up to 12 jobs while contributing to the local economy.
